Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, has launched a new tool that will allow it to gather and act on user feedback in a dynamic fashion.

Besides allowing the crypto exchange in understanding what products need improvement, the new feature empowers Binance users to provide in-depth feedback on the exchange’s product improvement. In essence, the tool will greatly enhance community participation in the platform’s future product roadmap.

Explaining the idea behind the new feedback tool, Binance head of product Mayur Kamat said:

“We love hearing feedback from the community, whether it’s direct from the customer or from reviewing comments from social channels and messages – Binance has always built feedback into the product development process. On average, we get around 1000 pieces of feedback every month – now we have a dedicated place for the community to make suggestions and leave a lasting impact on future Binance product developments.”

Binance public-facing roadmap

The new feedback tool introduces a dedicated area for Binance users to provide comments and feedback. Users can provide suggestions on product improvements or suggestions for new features. It makes everything easier for users who want to suggest anything on Binance.

The launch of this feature is the beginning of a multi-phase project and comes after months of testing and experimenting.

The main idea behind the feedback tool is to create a more direct way for the exchange to gather feedback from the community on what they would like to see on the platform.

The Binance team will then review all suggestions and use them to build a public-facing roadmap of all the user-suggested features in March 2023. After the public-facing roadmap goes live, the Binance community will then be allowed to vote on the proposed features.

Later this year, Binance intends to update the feedback tool to allow users to leave feedback for the features launched through the public-facing roadmap.
