– 75% Of Merchants Expect To Accept Cryptocurrency Payments In Next Two Year
According to a new survey published by Deloitte, three-quarters (75%) of US retailers aim to accept crypto or stablecoin payments over the next two years. Also more than half of large retailers with revenues of $500 million or more are currently investing $1 million or more on the required system for it. Edge, a San Diego-based business, has produced the first “Confidential” bitcoin Mastercard, which does not involve the collection of know-your-customer (KYC) data. The card might be digital or physical, and it’s filled with quick transfers on the Edge. Despite the general cryptocurrency market oscillating between red and green, it is still unable to sustain a bullish trend, However, Ethereum (ETH), one of its most valuable assets right behind Bitcoin, has continued to add hundreds of thousands of new addresses. – Bitcoin Network Mining Difficulty Has Increased By 1.29 Percent
The bitcoin network mining difficulty increased by 1.29% on Wednesday after falling by more than 4% two weeks ago. The previous dip in mining difficulty was the largest since July of last year, when Chinese miners were ordered to shut down operations. Since the last update on May 25, the network’s hash rate has increased by around 2.3 percent. Achieva Credit Union, based in Florida, was the first credit union to introduce a mobile software that allows customers to buy and trade bitcoin. According to reports, the app became online on Tuesday as a result of a collaboration with bitcoin bank NYDIG, which specializes in integrating traditional financial infrastructure to the bitcoin ecosystem.
